1. Print out and complete an Iter Application Form for Individuals.
2. Print out and sign a copy of the Iter Individual Site License Agreement.
3. Fax or mail both of these documents, and mail the subscription fee to:

4. As soon as the documents and payment have been received and processed, you will be notified by electronic mail of your username and password.
