  1. Print out and complete an Iter Application Form for Institutions.
  2. Print out and sign a copy of the Iter Institutional Site License Agreement.
  3. Fax or mail these documents, in entirety, to:

  4. As soon as the documents have been received and processed, you will be contacted by electronic mail to confirm logon arrangements.
